Weekly bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. Lets run from 3pm on arrival day to 10.30am on day of departure.
Rental is inclusive of gas and electricity and linen (apart from towels). There are no hidden extras.
A security deposit of £80 is required to confirm the booking. This is returned after the let.
Rental is payable approximately one month prior to the let. If the booking is made within this time, full rental is to be paid on booking.
The Gables is a non-smoking property. Smoke alarms are fitted. Sorry, no pets are allowed.
